📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage and mentor retail managers, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service and sales.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery to stores.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of retail staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
