📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere,Ensure proper handling and security of cash and other payment methods,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment,Ability to lift and carry light to medium weight objects
