In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the collections process, from initial contact to final resolution, ensuring that all outstanding debts are recovered in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to implement effective collections strategies, and you will provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the collections team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the collections process, from initial contact to final resolution, ensuring timely and efficient recovery of outstanding receivables.
• Develop and implement effective collections strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize losses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with debtors, including businesses and individuals, to facilitate the collections process.
• Analyze collections data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Train and mentor collections team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to implement effective collections strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in collections management, and apply this knowledge to improve the company's collections process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the collections process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in collections management, with a proven track record of success in recovering outstanding debts.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing collections team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with debtors.
• Proficient in using collections management software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze collections data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry, including knowledge of credit risk management and collections processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
