📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of utility, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Optimize machinery performance to ensure efficiency and reliability
• Manage and coordinate engineering projects using SAP and AutoCAD
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders using Microsoft Project
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering leadership roles
• Certification in SAP, AutoCAD, or Microsoft Project is a plus
• Strong knowledge of utility, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Proven track record of optimizing machinery performance and reducing downtime
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
