As a Lead Teller, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of our teller team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial transactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the teller team,Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions,Monitor and maintain compliance with banking regulations and policies,Train and develop new tellers to ensure high standards of service,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teller or similar role in a banking or financial institution,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and policies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using banking software and systems,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
