📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleaning.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor and improve operational efficiency and profitability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
