📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish,Source and attract top talent for various positions within the company,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and tactics,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills
