Asindo Berkat Sentosa is seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor for our Cloud Kitchen operations in Makassar and Jakarta Raya. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our kitchen operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance and efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen budgets and control costs to optimize profitability.,Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Basic understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques.,Fluency in Indonesian language.
