📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
  • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Participate in professional development activities and stay up-to-date with best practices in education.
  • Attend to the administrative tasks related to teaching, such as lesson planning and record-keeping.
  • Promote the values and mission of City Link Lestari in all aspects of teaching.
  • Encourage and support students' personal growth and development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum and pedagogical principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid teaching certification or license, if required.
