📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the sales operations in the assigned region, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers to ensure their needs are met.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.,Conduct regular site visits to assess the performance of the sales team and provide feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools.,Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and conduct site visits.
