📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of delivery personnel, ensuring that they are well-trained and motivated.,Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.,Monitor and maintain the quality of the delivery service, and address any issues that arise.,Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed by the delivery team.,Provide excellent customer service to both customers and the operations team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all deliveries and incidents.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure that the delivery team is up-to-date on all policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food delivery industry.,Strong knowledge of the local food delivery market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for delivery purposes.,Familiarity with the use of delivery management software and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.,Passion for food and customer service.
