📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Tutor in planning and delivering educational programs.
  • Conduct classes and provide individual attention to students.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the Head Tutor.
  • Assist in the preparation and grading of assignments and exams.
  • Organize and participate in extracurricular activities to enrich the learning experience.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with the management of student records and attendance.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of educational policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tutor or in a related educational role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with educational technologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
  • Passion for education and commitment to student success.
  • Valid teaching certificate or equivalent.
