📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability.,Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.,Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
