📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the resort.
• Manage and mentor a team of 50+ staff members, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive revenue growth through marketing initiatives and sales promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
• Represent the resort at industry events and conferences.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our commitment to diversity and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 5+ years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of local regulations and cultural nuances in the Bangka Belitung region.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
