Pacific Textile is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Branch Manager to join our team in Ponorogo, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing branch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily branch operations, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to optimize sales.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Collaborate with other branches to share best practices and improve overall performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to travel within the region for meetings and training.
