As a Junior Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our fleet of vehicles. You will be responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and managing driver schedules. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track and manage fuel consumption and expenses.,Oversee driver schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Monitor vehicle performance and report any issues to the maintenance team.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Support the fleet manager in implementing fleet management policies and procedures.,Assist in training new drivers and ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
