📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the IT infrastructure and ensure its optimal performance.,Provide technical support to employees and address any IT-related issues.,Implement and maintain security measures to protect our systems and data.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve any potential issues.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems align with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and recommend improvements.,Train and mentor junior system administrators and other IT staff.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking technologies.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
