📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the management of property portfolios, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Support the development and implementation of property management strategies and policies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of management plans.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
  • Support the company's marketing and branding efforts.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or young professional with a degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
  • Knowledge of the property management industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required.
