📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
