📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff schedules and ensure that all employees are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor restaurant performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Proven track record of improving restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
