📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer service.,Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness to provide a pleasant shopping environment.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve service quality.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve corporate goals.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
