📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the chemical industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
