📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.,Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure students receive a well-rounded education.,Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.,Participate in school-wide initiatives and events.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior teachers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a relevant subject.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.,Commitment to continuous professional development.,Fluency in both written and spoken English.
