📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance to clients' systems and equipment
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Document all technical work and maintain accurate records
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Provide training and support to clients' staff as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our services

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant systems and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
  • Ability to travel as needed to support clients' locations
