📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Write clear, concise, and accurate instructions, manuals, and guides.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure they meet quality standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and online help systems.,Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the overall success of the team.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving technical documentation processes.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with Markdown, XML, or other documentation formats.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.🛠️ Keahlian
