Accounts Officer (Accounts Payable)

ETD Makmur (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Accounts Officer (Accounts Payable) to join our finance team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. As an Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing our Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and pay invoices accurately and on time
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Provide support to the finance manager in various accounting tasks
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related roles
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
