📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of 20+ employees across Sales, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, and Customer Service
• Manage a branch budget of Rp 5 billion, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are optimized
• Drive sales performance, achieving annual targets of Rp 10 billion through strategic planning and execution
• Oversee daily operations, implementing and monitoring KPIs using SAP and Excel
• Collaborate with regional managers to align branch operations with company-wide strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and skills
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the branch

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar leadership role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence
• Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
• Certification in Lean Management or Six Sigma is a plus
