• Lead cross-functional AI projects, ensuring they align with TikTok's vision and goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Work with AI tools and software, including Jira, Confluence, Label Studio, and TensorFlow.
• Ensure compliance with TikTok's quality standards and best practices.

• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in AI project management, with a strong background in data annotation and search operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing AI projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management tools and software, including Jira, Confluence, and AI-specific platforms like Label Studio and TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
