Airbnb is looking for a talented Staff UX Researcher to join our Payments Growth team. In this role, you will conduct mixed methods research to understand user behavior and preferences, and help shape the future of Airbnb's payment experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions and improve user satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct user research to understand payment behavior and preferences,Design and execute research studies using both qualitative and quantitative methods,Analyze research data to identify trends and insights,Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to drive data-informed decisions,Create and present research findings to stakeholders,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research,Mentor and support junior researchers on the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience,5+ years of experience in UX research, including both qualitative and quantitative methods,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles,Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team,Passion for travel and understanding the unique needs of Airbnb's global community
