As a Barista, you will daily prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and other coffee equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages using espresso machines, steamers, and other coffee equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
• Ensure that all coffee drinks are prepared according to standard recipes and quality standards.
• Assist customers with ordering and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our coffee offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proficient in using espresso machines, steamers, and other coffee equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
